怎麼寫are的過去式

1、are的過去式是were。are是be的第二人稱單複數現在式，am和is是單數形式；am，is的過去式是was，are的過去式是were。過去分詞都是been。

2、are的過去式例句：

(1)We were all badly bitten by mosquitoes.我們都被蚊子咬慘了。

(2)Engineers noticed that the pipes were not expanding as expected.工程師注意到管道並沒有如預期那樣膨脹。
