14.4.2 外文文獻

各類外文文獻的文後參考文獻格式與中文示例相同；爲了計算機檢索方便，建議題名的首字母及各個實詞的首字母大寫，期刊的刊名等可用全稱或按ISO 4規定的縮寫格式。爲了減少外文刊名引用不規範所造成的引文統計及鏈接誤差，建議以（SXXXX-XXXX）格式在刊名後加ISSN號。例：

每個中文期刊都有對應的英文名字和簡寫的

不過儘量不要引用中文文章，這樣別人難得找，找到了也看不懂。影響審稿。 對，我就曾經碰到審稿人說我引用的中文文獻很難查到，即使查到了，也看不懂，結果我就直接把那文獻刪除了，呵呵。人家審稿很多時候要去查我們列舉的參考文獻的，所以儘量不要引用中文文獻。如果你是從中文文獻裏看到的某種方法或者是什麼闡述，要儘量到英文的文獻裏去找相對應的來引用。

其實我們看看就知道，在我們查閱的英文文獻裏，很少看到別國作者引用他們自己母語的文獻吧？哪怕就是德國日本這樣的發達國家的作者，也沒幾個引用日語或德語文獻的。唉，沒辦法啊，英語是絕對的世界**流和學術語言。
