中文名字最標準的英文寫法就是直接翻譯成漢語拼音：LiLeyang或LeeYeyang西方人的習慣是名字在前，姓在後，二者間如果有中間名（Middlename）,Middlename一般用簡寫，中國人如果有英文名字，在正式的場合可以參照這種格式。比如，搜狐創始人、董事局主席張朝陽的英文名字就寫成：CharlesCY.Zhang.搜狐所有英文正式文件中張朝陽的名字都是這樣寫的。如果沒有英文名字，那麼應該按照中國人的習慣（姓在前名字在後）直接把中文名字翻譯成漢語拼音作爲英文寫法！很典型的例子，奧運會上，所有中國運動員的名字在運動衣上都是這樣翻譯的（以前不是，後來國家頒佈了《漢語拼音方案》，並解釋到《漢語拼音方案》是拼寫中文人名地名唯一標準後，統一改過來了），所以，中國人名字的英文寫法，就是漢語拼音：姓在前，名在後，姓和名分開寫，姓和名的開頭字母均大寫！兩個字的是：比如：張三就應該寫：ZhangSan三個字的是：1.單姓，比如：李小言就應該寫：LiXiaoyan2.複姓，比如：諸葛亮就應該寫：ZhugeLiang四個字的是：1.單姓，比如：李雨中生就應該寫：LiYuzhongsheng2.複姓，比如：司馬相如就應該寫：SimaXiangru1. 舉個例子：比如“李曉明”這個名字，有兩種寫法：

1)Li Xiaoming （ 這種一般寫給中國人或會中文的人看，因爲中國人習慣姓在前，名在後，你這樣寫的話，讀出來時他也才容易明白）

2)Xiaoming Li （這個比較正式，國際上的正式場合用這種比較好，而且這個多是寫給外國人看的，因爲英語國家的外國人習慣姓在前，名在後）
